Lieyan Technology was founded in 2009 and focuses on the research, development, and production of hydraulic rock drills and splitters.
In 2010, the first hydraulic rock splitter was developed and designed, which achieved great success in the Chinese market as soon as it was launched.
However, when the technical after-sales team traveled to various construction sites, they found that the efficiency of using a single rock splitter cannot be greatly improved because the drilling speed is very slow. Because using a rock splitter only requires drilling a hole with a depth of 1.5-2 meters, the drilling machine needs to be moved frequently, resulting in a very slow drilling speed.
We found that excavators have the advantage of flexibility and mobility, and decided to develop a rock drill installed on an excavator, After repeated thinking and verification by the R&D team, we finally successfully combined the hydraulic rock drill and excavator perfectly at the end of 2012, which increased the drilling efficiency by more than 2 times compared with traditional drilling machines.
With these experiences, we successfully adapted the hydraulic rock drill and splitter to the excavator in 2015. Compared with the original installation of the hydraulic rock drill and splitter separately on the excavator, the efficiency was improved (no need to frequently move the machine to waste time), and it also saved costs for customers.
Only one excavator is needed to complete the drilling and splitting rock operation. So far, our products have been put into use in more than 1,000 different construction sites.
“If you want to do your work well, you must first sharpen your tools.” Faced with the actual situation of complex working conditions, Lieyan Technology has always aimed at market demand and conducted in-depth research. One technical difficulty after another has been overcome.
From R&D design to the selection of core materials, various technologies have gradually matured. From the initial single-body rock splitter to the integrated rock drill and splitter, these have greatly improved the efficiency of hard rock breaking and reduced the construction cost of users.
As for the future development direction, Lieyan Technology will take enhancing technological innovation capabilities as a key measure to enhance the company’s core competitiveness, give full play to and utilize the advantages of scientific and technological innovation, carry forward and practice the “craftsman spirit”, and continuously overcome high-tech and difficult problems, so that Lieyan Technology’s products can adapt to a wider range of scenarios and fields.
